Event Planning and Marketing Manager

Ashleigh McGraw graduated with her Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Science in Business and her Bachelors of Professional Studies in Business and Management with a focus in Hospitality Management from Excelsior College. She also has an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts with a focus in Business Administration and Management. She earned her Associates degree with Highest Honors. Ashleigh earned a Certificate in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Penn Foster College and a Certificate in Emergency Management and Preparedness from the Emergency Management Institute. She has earned nine different certificates in hospitality management from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.

Ashleigh coordinates conferences and seminars for our professionals and ensures a seamless and pleasurable experience.  She organizes events that range from small corporate lunches, to moderately sized educational workshops, to large award banquets and media events. She interviews, manages, supervises, and evaluates the event planning staff and contractors. She provides a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among employees.

Ashleigh is responsible for the overall marketing operations of the firm and its programs.  She manages existing marketing campaigns while planning new campaigns.  She consistently presents the firm’s logo, branding, and messages to the target market.  Her expertise in copy writing, graphic design, promotions, event planning, research, and marketing helps her to develop marketing strategies to meet the firm’s goals.

Social Work Interns are provided with a clinical internship, which is based in providing outpatient individual,  family,  and / or group counseling to children,  adolescents,  adults, and families.  Interns participate in assigned clinical supervision and complete regular process recordings to facilitate clinical learning.  They participate in staff meetings,  case conferences,  and other staff functions as part of their training.

Interns maintain confidential patient / client files and records,  comply with the NASW Code of Ethics,  comply with federal,  state,  and local laws,  policies,  and procedures,  and perform other duties as assigned.  All team–specific duties performed by Interns are under the direct supervision of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).

Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) Interns are provided with a clinical internship, which is based in providing workplace and life balance services to employees, families, and organizations. Interns participate in assigned clinical supervision and complete regular process recordings to facilitate clinical learning. They participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and other staff functions as part of their training.

Interns maintain confidential patient / client files and records, comply with the EAPA Code of Ethics, comply with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. All team–specific duties performed by Interns are under the direct supervision of Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP).

Addiction Counselor Interns (LAC, CAC, RAC) are provided with a clinical internship, which is based in providing outpatient individual, family, and / or group counseling to clients with substance abuse and addiction issues. Interns participate in assigned clinical supervision and complete regular process recordings to facilitate clinical learning. They participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and other staff functions as part of their training.

Interns maintain confidential patient / client files and records, comply with the ADRA and LASACT Code of Ethics, comply with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. All team–specific duties performed by interns are under the direct supervision of Licensed Addictions Counselors (LAC).

Prevention Professional Interns (LPP, CPP, RPP) are provided with an educational internship, which is based in providing information and services to individuals, families, and / or groups with prevention needs. Interns participate in assigned supervision and complete regular process recordings to facilitate educational learning. They participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and other staff functions as part of their training.

Interns maintain confidential patient / client files and records, comply with the ADRA and LASACT Code of Ethics, comply with federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. All team–specific duties performed by Interns are under the direct supervision of Licensed Prevention Professionals (LPP).
