What is a coach?
Coaches offer an ongoing professional partnership designed to help clients create rewarding outcomes in their personal and professional lives. Coaches assist clients to advance their performances and increase the quality of their lives.
Coaches are qualified to listen, to observe, and to adapt their methods to meet each client’s needs. They seek to bring out resolutions and approaches from the client; they consider all clients to be naturally inspired and capable. The coach's job is to offer support to augment the abilities, resources, and vision that the client already has.
What is coaching?
Coaching assists a client or group of clients by supporting the attainment of remarkable outcomes, based on goals set by the client or the group. Through the method of coaching, clients focus on the abilities and actions needed to effectively produce their individually significant outcomes. Coaching concentrates on where individuals are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future.
